a by-law to authorize the permanent closing of part of the Shore Road Allowance in front of Part Lot 32, Concession 8, Part Lot 33, Concession 8, Lot 19, RCP 2311, described as PARTS 1 & 2, PLAN 21R- 27100, Township of Faraday, County of Hastings (D’Angelo. – 27447 Hwy 28) and to declare surplus, to the Municipality’s needs, the foregoing portion of Shore Road Allowance and to authorize the sale of the foregoing portion of Shore Road Allowance in accordance with Sections 34 and 268 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, C.25
