a By-law to authorize the permanent closing of part of the Road Allowance adjacent to Part Lot 11, Concession 12, Part Lot 5, RCP 2324, Township of Faraday, County of Hastings (2807023 Ont. Inc. – 29423 Hwy 28) and to declare surplus, to the Municipality’s needs, the foregoing portion of Road Allowance and to authorize the sale of the foregoing portion of Road Allowance in accordance with Sections 34 and 268 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, C.25
