a by-law to authorize the permanent closing of Part of the Shore Road Allowance in front of Lot 11 Concession B, described as PART 1, PLAN 21R-27115, Township of Faraday, County of Hastings (Lentz – 73 Trout Lake Rd) and to declare surplus, to the Municipality’s needs, the foregoing portion of Shore Road Allowance and to authorize the sale of the foregoing portion of Shore Road Allowance in accordance with Sections 34 and 268 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, C.25
